Up for sale today is a used Black and White U2 iPod. It is in decent shape, there are quite a few scratches from normal use. The other day, the hard drive stopped working. While normally I would replace the drive myself, I do not have the funds for a new drive. So I am passing the wonderful opportunity of owning a cool looking iPod to someone else... at a great price.
I already have the iPod opened (using a guitar pick) and have the drive removed. All you have to do is order a new drive, reapply the foam backing to the drive, put in the new drive to the connector, close it and reformat the drive! It may sound difficult, but it really isnt. If I can open it up and do this, so can you!!!! If you really wanted to, you could spend the extra $30, and make this a new 30GB iPod!!
