To the OP.

Can you send me your address so I can send you a letter of Congratulations on the awesome score?

Also, just for fun, send me a schedule of when you definately will be away from home for a few hours and where you keep the sweet cans.

What is worse, that he got these cans for so cheap, or the fact that he posts photos of himself holding AKG's to his crotch while in 'tighty whities'?

Oh well, those headphones probably suck anyway.

My point was- A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

A wise person would at least wait until they have the item in their possession and are sure they work.

I wouldn’t blame the Seller for not following through on the sale.
That would be renging on a contract. It could subject the seller to legal sanctions. The seller is both legally and ethically bound to complete the sale. I have no doubt that there are sellers that would try to weasel out of the sale when they found they had priced the item incorrectly, or would try and represent a damaged item as good. But yes, I would blame them if they tried either on me, and take any actions I deemed necessary to correct the situation.

I've only had one experience that I'd rate as truly negative in around 600 eBay transactions. Most sellers do take a contract seriously (at least the ones I've dealt with).

I really don't see the humor in taking a contract seriously. It's those who don't that make buying and selling that much harder for the rest of us.

Meh, the seller here may have a decent argument for mistake.

Nikongod, I will give you $200 for the cans if they arrive as advertised. Nice profit for you!

lol, I'll beat him with $225!

but in all seriousness, awesome find! I'm jealous. I'm here looking to pick up some 325i's for 250, and you get some hp-2s for 125!

Are you sure you'd want them after he "tries them out"?

Looks like he marked those cans well as his property, I wouldn't touch them after that no matter how cheap he sells em. Anyways nike enjoy those cans, and congratulations on your win.

a canon user would have to "downgrade" his gear to use these. the mounting flange is not compatable...

dont feel bad, i used to want a cannon f1. i still have my ae-1, it got me started in photography sadly it hasnt seen the light of dsay or a roll of film in YEARS due to absurd shutter bounce. then i used my fathers rebel for a summer. (i dont recall which variant, likely the first or second.) then i got a nikon system for myself. i like manual focus.
