i wouldnt post it because if i ever decided to sell it people would want to buy it for 125. look at all the grief surfboardz got after scoring his orpheus cheap and trying to sell the amp. that said i do believe it is a kind gesture if you get a great deal to pass some of that karma to the next lucky listener

I'd personally wait until I've received the headphones before telling the world.

A question- If the Seller saw this thread and realized they were mistaken on the price by a large margin and they refused to sell at the Auction Price instead of gloating you’d be ripping the Seller a new one?

I wouldn’t blame the Seller for not following through on the sale.

I would. The seller set the Buy-It-Now price, and a contract is now in effect. It's not the buyer's fault if the Seller didn't do his homework. Any honest seller would complete the deal.

Unless the Seller is the type who will renege on a contract, it's a done deal.

As powerful a force as greed can be, sometimes ethics can be a stronger one.

Hirsch your post is funny.

This is eBay after all and I’m not familiar with the over abundance of “Ethics” you seem to be referring to on eBay. I have no doubt of your ethics and commitment to a contract.

My point was- A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

A wise person would at least wait until they have the item in their possession and are sure they work.
