Hi,

I'm interested in these phones as I wish to create mixes that will translate reasonable well to a range of playback systems.

I'd prefer to use headphones since my room isn't the best for speaker set up anyway. So I thought I might look into these.

What sort of amplifier goes well with these headphones? I have a Xin Supermini-3 and it goes very well with most of my phones that have an impedance below 100ohms. Would this be good enough for the Ultrasones? I also have a Presonus Firebox which has a single headphone output that is pretty beefy, it can go quite loud.

I'd appreciate any input.
