Because it was all over the news yesterday/today.

Superior sound quality.

The signature Beats by Dr. Dre sound profile delivers pure audio integrity for crystal clear highs, signature bass and sonically true mids.
Aww yeah let the trolling begin. XD

Also, that hinge mechanism.......looks familiar.

Is sony making beats?

Oh great. Another Beats product. -.- Oh well. At least this one "actually" looks nice. Just remove that huge b logo. Looks like leather too.
Beats Electronics claims they produce sonically true mids. We'll see.

Is it legal to take pictures of people in public without consent and post them on the internet? I sure wouldn't want it.

I used to have a O2 in my pants amping 840s as well, till someone complaint how inappropriate it was, if you know what I mean. Saw a westone and phonak this week, both IEMs are extremely popular here.

In the US, in public? Generally. You are just not allowed to use the image for commercial purposes (e.g. Not sell it to Grado for their ads).

I'm fairly certain it's legal provided that it's a public area and that I'm not using the picture for financial gain (in which case I would need consent).

of course it's legal. otherwise paparazzi wouldn't have a job. i plan on sneaking a shot the next time i see something more rare than a pair of (b), but I'll prolly ask or blur the face just in case it turns out to be one of you wink.gif......

Note. It is NOT legal everywhere (readers in France, take note - Cartier Bresson would be sued for his iconic images today). But as I said, generally speaking, in the US and on public property, it is.

Further note: I am not an attorney, and this should not be construed as all inclusive legal advice. This is just my experience, and knowledge as a professional photographer in the united states.
