I'm using the M80s and actually think they lack treble quite a bit.

I seem to prefer a darker sound signature with emphasized impactful bass, warm mids and rolled-off treble to the point that I'm considering trading my Apex Glacier for another amp. In this hobby, your mileage definitely varies.

I'm new here.  When I opened this thread, I was hoping to see pics of people wearing headphones.  Not "hey, I seen this one guy wearing these blah blah blah headphones.  it was neato".  I feel duped, misled and underwhelmed to the maximum.

Basically my rule for headphones.
Always works out.

If you stick around for long enough there is the occasional picture once every several pages.

I'm sure most people in the world don't appreciate random people taking photos of them wearing headphones and uploading them to the world wide web.

1,000's of candid random photos are posted and enjoyed on the internet every day.  I understand if you're posting a pic of someone bending over or wearing some tight succulent yoga booty pants (creeper pics), but a pic exploiting someone's headphones probably won't be too offensive.  Or will it?

Yes, I've enjoyed the portable rigs picture thread quite a bit.  I just think the pics could have added a lot of fun to a thread of this nature.  I belong to other forums and some of the best threads contain pics of random settings and surroundings.

True, but I respect people's space. I generally almost never upload photos of people on the WWW.

I respect people's private space and even use discretion in people's public space.  I just think the subject matter would be much more authentic, instead of hearsay.  But nonetheless, this thread is obviously a hit and sparks lots of interest as is.  This is another version of another thread and we are on pg 710.  That's pretty astonishing.

Maybe after I earn some stripes around here, I'll start a "pics of random people wearing headphones" thread.  :)

Oh
I can rupture your eardrum with my headphones if I have an amplifier.
Yupppppp...

As said above.
I saw like 2 million Beats at high school (8th grade placement tests) and 1 unknown pair.

Totally not a creepy stealth photo.*

*which is another reason why I don't photos of others; it's bloody awkward taking photos of people without their permission
