You bet, cheemo and I were just discussing them in the WAYLTN thread:

Thanks Viro, is "28 After" the best place to start in your opinion, or go for the newer "The Strange New World of Bernard Fevre?"

You know, their discography is confusing, but if you can find it, I would start with Disco Club by Black Devil for the three classic tracks, H Fiend, Timing Forget the Timing, and Follow Me:

Black Devil - Disco Club at Discogs

Now, if you can't find that, then I would go 28 After first. I didn't think Eight Oh Eight was that good and would make that the last stop, if you get that far, that is.

Check out Combichrist.

The albums "Everybody hates you" and "What the ****** if wrong with you people" are great.

Others to check out are:

VNV Nation - Judgement / ALL (has vocals, great songwriter)
Assemblage 23 - ALL (Great records, good energy, personal fav)
Razed In Black - Damaged (darker, but still very dance oriented)
IRIS - Wrath and Awake (more on the pop side)

what are the other good artists on there? Any really solid albums or mostly good singles/compilations?
The Kitsune Maison series is an excellent gauge of modern electro disciples. Also anything from Ed Banger Records or James Murphy's DFA. And the later stuff from Emperor Norton. And Tiga's Turbo label.

My favorite trend in the electro vogue movement is the recurrence of chiptune/glitch music. Forget 80s drum machines when you have an Atari logic board! Ridiculous bands like Kap Bambino, Heartsrevolution and Crystal Castles are sneaking into the elctropop mainstream.

That's a friggin' awesome album. ISDN by them, in my humble opinion,is one of the great albums of that era.

Anything by Vitalic is great, I've been really into his new CD.

+1 for Booka Shade, their song Night Falls is one of my favorites.

Diskokaine does some nice remixes I like but I haven't been able to find any ep's or albums they've put out.

I'd also recommend Gui Boratto, Deadmau5 (great live), The Presets... Soulwax. Trying to think of what I've been listening to lately.
