Ipod Nano 4gb Black + Vaja Sp case

I have a IPod Nano 4gb in black that I bought from apple.com a little over a half a year ago. I used it for 3 months before buying the 60gb video and have not touched the nano since. The ipod has its share of scratches as is common with all the new black ipods, but the screen is clean with the exception of two vertical light scratches down the right side.

When I have the nano in the vaja case, you can't see any scratches. The Vaja case is a custom Nano SP case with plastic belt clip, screen protector, and click wheel protector. This is the special version with a black line going down the front side. The back is in black, the front is red on the sides and a black line down the center. The case I bought for $89 dollars from vaja.com

Everything comes with original packaging and all accessories.

I would like $170 shipped and paypaled for the nano.
and SOLD shipped and paypaled for the vaja case.
