There is a Sure power amp board (rated 25 WPC with usual strong Chinese tailwind) based on the TI TPA3123 that has common grounded outputs and can be used to drive standard headphones. Though this is not, technically, a T-amp, it uses a similar topology and the quality of the output is similarly superb. This amp board is about 45 x 85 mm form factor and is easily adapted to a simple plastic case. This will run on any reasonable linear power supply between 12 and 30 VDC, including an old laptop power block. I have one of these currently connected to a home-designed 30V 3A regulated power supply, which provides outstanding audio quality and a surprising amount of power. The board is available from Parts Express for about $25.
If you can rewire your headphone transducers to isolate grounds, another really good inexpensive amp is the Lepai 2020 (about $22 from various sourced including Parts Express. I am currently running a set of MB Quart (old, old) mid price phones with one of these, and the sound quality is as good as it gets.
