When I log on I open up tabs for Music, Headphones and Member's Lounge. Then after reading all the interesting threads on the first page of those I do New Posts when I take a break from whatever paper I'm working on in another window or whatever to see what's happening.
I used to go into Amplification a lot until I got a handle and now know at least a little about most amps mentioned in the Headphones forum, and then also used to like the Portable Audio one until I realized there were way too many really stupid fanboy arguments. Maybe that's changed now, but I'm just not really interested anymore.
And then if I am ever looking for new headphones or the like I am constantly on the For Sale/Trade boards. I'm guessing that from November until this past April when I got my K1000s that I averaged one refresh per six seconds.
