Let me be the first to recommend Alu as a great guy to deal with - easy communication, fast payment, no hassle (bought a pair of ksc35 and 75 from me). Thanks again.

I know people bash on Bose because of they're over priced and I agree. I believe these retail for about $150 or so and I paid $85 for these due to employee discount at where I work. With that...

everything about these headphones is flawless. Everything is balanced, and perfect. Any of the reviews that didn't like them most likely have a fake pair, or, hate life. The only thing I could...

Sony MDR-CD3000 Headphones
Bought a pair of CD3000 from Alu. I was glad that Alu was willing to entertain my expression of interest although he preferred to sell the headphones within Europe. We closed a deal within a few rounds of discussion and everything went well and smooth.Upon delivery I noticed the CD3000 was not as mint as I would have expected. The yellow sealing tape (more for cosmetic purpose ?) at the phone plug end was loose and peeled off. I was also sadden to see a gap on the right hand side cup, although the headphone appeared to function correctly.
I approached Alu who responded quickly and shared my disappointment. Although there was no conclusion on how the damage was created Alu offered a partial refund as compensation, and expressed sympathy on what I have gone through. Throughout the process Alu has been sincere, polite, and reasonable and was quick to offer a remedy. While my purchase is not perfect, I commend Alu for his openness and sincere attitude, and his swift action to offer a remedy.
Alu has made what could have been a crisis or conflict into an experience through which he earned my respect and heart felt appreciation. And I will certainly deal with him in the future !
