I had the great honor of being the first to purchase an item from Ken in head-fi history, and boy, there just isn't enough I can say about Ken, the transaction, and everything in between.
I bought Ken's Pacific Valve modified DAC-AH, which I got a great deal on, and Ken was an absolute gentlemen through the entire transaction. He kept me updated on every single move that he made, like the pre-ship product testing that he did to make sure the DAC was in working order. How many companies do you know that do that for you after you buy one of their products? I don't know many, so that alone should speak volumes about Ken himself.
His packing was ridiculous. A nuclear bomb could have hit the truck that this package was in, and as the recovery crew sifted through the wreckage, they would have found my package and said, "well this package will be getting to its destination no problem." Forget the fact that there would be radiation everywhere, this package was rock solid.
Ken is an extremely genuine and professional person and you should not have any doubts, what-so-ever, if you're going to go into business with him. Just do it.
