I always plugged my cans into my amp with the volume set to 0. Is this safe as well?

you can leave it plugged in 24/7 as long as you leave the amp powered on.

A few days ago, I accidentally (of ocurse) left the AC adapter in for 9 hours with the PA2V2 off
