Yes, be evil VKA, keep us in suspense...

Or you could just tell us...

OR, the best choice, you could just tell me

No, the best choice is clearly just send whatever it is to me, free of charge, of course.

And I'm liking those pics, KR... got any more?

Well by right clicking on the pics and viewing properties, I came up with this.

Enjoy!

sapphiremodena,

Easy there young youth lad

come on Vka,

don't hold out on us. Is it an amp? or a CD Player?

Just to add to the suspense, KR, I'll tell you...

...that I know what it is as well.

And Vertigo-1, you've confirmed what I've been saying all this time and nobody wants to believe! That's why I love my MS Pro so much -- and with my newest tube amp (which I won't say what it is, and which is the same as what Flumpus has ), the sound is absolutely divine. Perhaps the treble is laid back compared to the SR-325 or MS II, but I find there's almost enough of it for me (sometimes I still wish I could hear Isaac Stern's violin go a bit further on his recording of Brahms chamber music). I'll just have to wait to do a much longer audition of the Stax Omega2 to see if there is a headphone that can beat my MS Pro's treble. I already know the Orpheus can, but I'll never be able to afford that.

what is going on with all these secerts?

I suppose it doesn't help that...I know what Vka's new toy is too?

And oh yes, I'm jealous...I'm VERY jealous.

I'm going w/ Neruda's guess...
Hmm I'm with Neruda.... big, silver, expensive, and weighs 58 pds...

I hate you Vka! I hate all of you! (Vertigo too)

Off topic... but Dan, how do you like your new toy? And how 'bout as a preamp? Even to my integrated, it made a huge difference, sounds beautiful And as far as a headphone amp goes, it's definitely the best I've heard, but you've heard more, so maybe you can put it in perspective for me
