got an invoice from sennusa

yeah i got my invoice showing that i paid for a 650 cable woot. Now where the hell are my backordered parts? anyone have experience with sennusa and when parts are shipped to you?

Two months still, waiting for my backordered grills, no news when they're being shipped out, I hate Sennheiser's parts dept . In contrast Beyer shipped me two headband pads for my Grados in less than a week, that's what I call service.

They have a lot of people ordering that cable though. It is on backorder because people order a lot at a time and they just can't keep up with the orders. Just call them and check the status or what not. It's the easiest way.

When you get the invoice, the parts will be there quick (sometimes a day before, sometimes a day or two after via UPS). Invoice is good news when waiting

nvm i got them today. woot now i can start on my ksc-75!

Took them forever to get my headphone clamps in through customs. Once they did get them stateside, they shipped them quickly and even removed the shipping charge to make up for the long wait. Good service IMO. I appreciated that gesture.

They took so long to get me replacement ear pads for my HE60's, they sent me an extra pair free. No complaints here.
