Sound Compromise from Cable Lengths ( 3ft vs 6 ft)

I am most likely going to get mogami patch cables to hook up my SACD player ( once it arrives ) to my amp; my desk is a bit of a zoo, so 6 ft cables may be necessary, however if the sound is compromised over the 3ft cables i would gladly get 3ft cables instead and deal with space issues when the time comes.

advice please

thanks

6 ft IC cables are fine; that's a long way from the lengths that would justify SQ degradation worries. Get the length you need and enjoy!

The ICs from my CDP to my integrated amp is 9 feet long. Don't think my ears detected any sound degradation over 3 feet cables. The benefit is that my room now looks tidier with gears all cluttered in one tight spot.
