Which Shure foamies will fit the ER-4?

Everything that fit E1, E3, E4 and E5 Versions,

Or PA750 for the yellow foamy

The foam is glued better to the center tube, so in that way, yes. I've had issues with the black foamies detaching from the center tube.

But the yellow foamies are not very durable as far as smooshing them down a lot, though. I found that you have to be careful pulling them off if you want to reuse them.

There are new "black olive" foamies that is going to be made by Shure that is a cross between using silicone and foam tips. Definitely keep an eye out for those.

Oh, and another thing, because they are yellow, they show dirt much much easier than the black foamies. So if anything they are more hygenic since you will be more apt to replace them sooner than the black ones, which will hide the grubbiness.

The nice thing about the Shure "black olive" foamies, is that they are smooth skinned on the outside, so they are more easily cleanable.
