Ear plugs for concerts/raves.. Etymotic ER-20 or High fidelity Hearos?

I go to a lot of concerts/raves and have decided its time to take better care of my ears. I did a search and found the Etymotic ER-20 are highly regarded here. Does anyone have experience with the "High Fidelity" ear plugs by Hearos? http://www.hearos.com/products-00211.htm

So yeh which is better :P
Etymotic ER-20 or High fidelity Hearos

Aren't those just rebadged Etymotics? They look exactly the same.

Can't say which is more comfortable, but I'd like the extra 10 dbs of protection with the Hearos for the metal shows I go to.

I have ER-20s (blue, look just like those Hearos) and I love them. Sometimes I use them in the office to block the hens.

Oh...the Hearos is 20db also? Personally, I'd want at least 25, that's why I never went for the Etymotics.

Anyways, I have a pair of custom musician ear plugs. I highly recommend musician's ear plugs...the music is much better than with conventional ear plugs.

i cant bear to use my er20 at concerts, they severly batter the details and highs (everything sounds boomy and jumbled as a result). im saving up for some customs.

I've never been able to figure out if you're supposed to take those end caps off the ER20s or not...thoughts?

Personally I think the Etymotic ER20's are better because of the case they come with. The Ety case is attachable to your keychain so you will have it wherever you go, and it's made of a rubbery material so it doesn't poke you in your pocket.
