Recabled Beyerdynamic DT770-250 ('05)

Bought a pair of Recabled Beyerdynamic DT770-250 ('05) from Brian; and for a first-time buyer like me, the experience couldn't have been better. Part of what made me comfortable dealing with him was the feedback on this thread... and now that the transaction has been completed, I can say that all of the positive comments here are definitely spot on.

Dealing with him was very easy since he was in constant and excellent communication, he answered questions concisely, was very polite, and even offered a lot of additional information plus insights to supplement my purchase.

The packaging of the item was done very well. Even my fiancee - who is a stickler for careful handling of items - was VERY impressed.

Brian is a PRO and I wouldn't have second thoughts dealing with him again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Brian is one of the friendliest and most responsible sellers I have dealt with on Head-fi.

I bought a CKK3 (DIY amp) from Brian at the beginning of summer this year that did not work when it arrived. I opened up the amp and told him about the loose transformer that I found. Brian then successfully filed a claim with Canadapost and had them cover the costs of shipping the amp back to him, then shipping the amp to the original builder, having the builder repair the amp, and shipping it back to me.

When the builder took longer than expected to repair the amp, Brian sent me a small gift for the trouble. Finally, I received my amp in working condition, and although it took a few months, I'm glad that I waited to get a great amp at a great price from a really great seller.

Beyerdynamic leather pads

I bought a set of pleather ear pads for my beyerdynamic cans. Brian was an excellent seller to work with! He was very helpful, answered all my questions very quickly, and once the deal was finalized, the pads were in the mail ASAP!!

Bought a set of AKG K601's off Brian. He was very honest about shipping time and cost and the headphones arrived exactly when he said in the condition described. Very smooth and easy transaction; I would be happy to deal with Brian again in any matter.
