Tangent's Cmoy PDF

Not to be an impatient pest, but I was hoping to build a little Cmoy as practice for assembling a Meta42. I want to use Tangent's layout, but as his site is down I'm unable to get the PDF layout he had posted. If anyone has downloaded it, could I possibly get you to email it to me? PM me if you can help.
