Guys, I wouldn't deal with this dude if possible. I asked if he would send the player to me first and receive payment later, because he has no Head-Fi feedback and one rather negative one on his eBay account (e-boxen), and no pictures of the item either. His response:

Quote:
your wacked man I have one negtive feedback and it was due to a guy wanting me to send a 200$ md player for a buck I can get more at a pond shop everyone else has gave me great feedback I sold alot more expensive things then this silly cd player and had no problems so to answer you question no theres alot of interest in the cd player it most likely will be sold by then end of the day so no offence if you are this worried over 60 bucks I suggest you stay away my feedback is perfect theres just alot of selfish people on ebay that expect too much for too little look at his feedback many people have said he is a horriable ebayer so no offence buy or just walk away theres no problems either way and have a great day
Take that however you like. Personally, I wouldn't trust someone so unprofessional.

You backed out of a legitimate contract. You putting your item up on eBay and letting it end with a winning bid on it equates to a legal contract. He fulfilled his end, and you renegged on yours. Stay away boys, you don't want to join team got scammed any more than I enjoy being on it.
