the dynalo design uses +/- 15 volts, while the dynahi uses +/- 30 volts, so it won't be a drop-in replacement, but it isn't as simple as requiring a different PSU by a long shot. the components on a dynahi are much larger, nevermind that they generate a lot of heat and require large heatsinks (have you seen a dynahi?) so you'll need modules that are more complicated and probably have to be made up of several PBC's to fit within the predetermined area, nevermind having huge heatsinks on them to dissipate the heat, which will definitely require a different case, if they even fit at all.
so the short answer is no.
