Hey Fewtch, Where did you purchase your OPA627... It sounds like the 8PDIP version? I might want ot try it in my pimeta.

I flipped the BrownDog. No sound at all, chips getting very hot in sever seconds; those never worked anymore, having like 20mA quiescent. Power was 24V wallwart.
