ever since i chewed halfway through my stock cable i've been looking around for a cable that resembles it but is better... well i've found many reviews and mentions of many cables except this one, of which i've only seen 2 reviews and they were for the original one, not the V2. has anyone tried this cable out yet?

I loved these buds to bits, they were the perfect everyday headphone. Small and light and comfortable and barely protruded past the outside of your ears. I like the fact that no one can really...

Yep, I was one of the first here to own one
I felt that it kept the stock HD-650 sound, but enhanced the soundstage and added some well needed definition to the bass. Highs and mids were the same as the stock cable IMO. I do prefer it to the Cardas, and feel that it is by far the best in the pricerange.

I mostly concur, especially regarding the better controlled bass, but thing it is still a little better in the mids and highs as well.
As always, try to get out to a meet to listen for yourself.

I had this cable when I still had my 650's. It sounds similar to the stock cable, but it does sound better and keeps the same flavor of the headphone compared to other cables. It is a great deal and I recommend it.

I also have it though I'm less enthusiastic about it than the others. Its a good cable but its too fat sounding for my liking. Essentially the Kimber Hero of the Senn replacement cables.
I'm still waiting to hear the Zu but compared to Cardas the Blue Dragon is fuzzier with an overall darker less dynamic presentation.
