Avatars

Thread Starter
If the avatars of people were a true representation of who they are, I think this board is mostly populated by hot chicks and babies. How did you come to select your avatar?

P.S. If you were wondering, yes, I am a boat.

Illustration by Head-fi's own Inkmo. Yeah, that HP-2 is DRAWN and colored by him, pretty cool, eh? Plus you may not see this but that pinkish stuff behind the can is of an anime gal's hair

How come I cant upload a animated avatar, and yet I see them around?

Do I need to contribute or something?

well you people are lucky, i can't get head fi to accept a single avatar of mine. they are all too big/too much info i guess.

My son at about 3 months old Groovin to the Queensryche tunes on my MDRV6. Hes a huge Chris DeGarmo / Michael Wilton fan. He would mimick Geoff Tate's lyrics with baby babble, thats why his lips look kind of funny.

This pic was taken in 2001, WELL before I knew about head-fi.

All the animated ones are before the change to no animation rules - the ones still animated are by folks who still haven't changed since the rules began. In other words, no more new animated avatars, EVER!

Edit - Even if you are a Kenshin, or "Samurai X" fan!

My avatar is my beloved 1970 Beetle which was restored in 2003. I drive it everywhere and log about 70 miles a day Monday thru Friday. The best car ever made.

I'd say mine's pretty accurate
