I wasn't going to spoil your picture, Vert

I wouldn't call it "ugly," but it's plain. But then again, who cares what it looks like when it sounds that good?

I like it a lot; it's not flashy or revolutionary, but it's a very good, solid, jazz vocal CD.
Lextek: I like the headphone stand

M Rael: the thing I like about your rig is that it's clearly a
listening area. Nothing else in the area, you just sit down and listen, with all the CDs at arm's reach... nice.
BTW, aeberbach, what's wrong with your IE? Slashdot pages load in seconds for me...

Actually, having USB ports says nothing about mice. Two- and three-button mice have been around for 20 years. Plus you can get single-button USB mice

| i was just kidding, but of course we can't do that around macdef when the word "mac" is in the same post. |
I love how PC users love to "joke" about Macs, but if someone knowledgeable about the platform resonds, in jest or just to present the facts, said PC users always have a fit. God forbid someone might actually respond ROFL. What's that thing about the "heat" and the "kitchen"?

BTW, despite your impressions, I'm about as cross-platform as they come, having worked in IT with Macs, Windows, and Unix. It's just that people generally don't make stupid comments about Windows and Unix... well, sometimes Unix.

| you are just as guilty for crapping mac threads as i am |
Nope, not even close. I never thread crap on these issues. I just clean up the garbage after other people crap
