Sorry for the tardy response. I have been out of sorts lately. You have some fine equipment yourself. My weaknessses are exotic moving coils and electrostric headphones, until, someday, the HE 90's and Omega I's find their way into my lair.

Well, I have yet to find an after-market amplifier that I want to buy.
In short I am looking for a two box (power supply in separate chassis) fully balanced tube amplifier. With slim and beautiful chassis', pretty much like the Aristaeus.

* Singlepower ES1 -> Great sounding amplifier (or so I hear). But questionable quality control and insane build/repair time.
* HeadAmp Aristaeus -> Single ended, while I want fully balanced.
* HeadAmp Blue Hawaii Special Edition -> Strongest candidate so far. Depending on size and design of the chassis'

I hoping someone eventually release such a beast!
Ray Samuels, where are you when I need you? Make us an amplifier like the B-52, but for electrostatic headphones.

Kai, that is a real KISS system. I like. Justin's re run of the BHSE looks to be a winner if it comes off. Better start saving that NOK.

Howdy Kane,

Have you placed your order for the BHSE? I plan on placing mine soon. I am using my HE 60's more than anything, so far, the SRM-727 just doesn't sound too great on the 4070's.

Hmmm, here is a fun fact, if I had any one amplifier or source item from randerson's rig, I could sell it and have enough money to buy/build myself a system that would satisfy my needs for quite a long time. Damn you people and your money. Heh heh.
