I do not currently have a credit card, though I do have a Paypal account. Are there any reputable retailers similar to digikey or mouser that accept Paypal payments?

All I have to say is that their awesome pair of headphones. Great sound stage, vocals are a bit too strong, you can feel the bass other than hearing it, and great for movies. Comfort is 4.5...

I know people bash on Bose because of they're over priced and I agree. I believe these retail for about $150 or so and I paid $85 for these due to employee discount at where I work. With that...

everything about these headphones is flawless. Everything is balanced, and perfect. Any of the reviews that didn't like them most likely have a fake pair, or, hate life. The only thing I could...

I really doubt it.
Are you too young to have a credit card?
paypal can issue you a visa check card that draws off your paypal account. I'm not sure if you'd need to be 18 for that, and it's not really a credit card but you can treat it like a visa.
A few years back when i was unemployed and making ends meet by trolling thrift stores for things i could sell on ebay, i damn near lived off my paypal card for a few months.

Use a PayPal virtual card
@ Paypal, go to withdraw, and you will see the option in the list. There are a few special requirements, but it works well. I've ordered from TTVJ, Alessandro, etc countless times this way.

However, to apply for the card you must have been a member for 60 days and I've only been a member for 42. Has anyone else had much experience with this card?

So you have paypal working with a bank account if not the credit card right? WHy not see if your bank offers cash card options or somethign similar to the paypal deal. Then again I don't know what you need to do to get the paypal card so that might be just as easy.
