X5 RMA

well my iaudio X5 gave up a couple of days ago, the joystick is extremely loose and just sits to the left side instead of staying firm in the middle.

requested rma number to send it back to cowon america. i was just wondering what the process is like?? do they send you a new in box X5 in return or just fix this one up and send it back?

anyone have a clue?

I returned a G3. The sent me a brand new one.
Although, they may try to repair your X5 if it's an easy fix. I would think replacing the joystick might be a simple process.
