portable speakers

I'm off on a school trip soon, and want a way to share music without headphones. I'm looking for some portable speakers which have a subwoofer, since the ones that dont just plain sound terrible.

All that I have seen is the Altec Lansing iM4. I don't have an iPod, I have an iAudio X5. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure how you can call a speaker with a subwoofer 'portable' but my suggestion for portable speakers, check out a 2.0 system made by Klipsch. THey really sound like there's a subwoofer in em. They don't sound the best, the lower frequencies can be boomy at times and will distort at louder volumes, but i really enjoyed the mids, and the high's are quite clear. They do however come with a price though...retails for $100USD.

slightly more practical im guessing would be some of the sonic impact portable speakers and speaker bags check them out, well cheap and very cool.
