This is a fully loaded unit (phono stage and ADC option boards installed!).

It really is fantastic and incorporates the same circuit as the DP220 DAC (http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=156711).

Fully balanced ins and outs, really good headphone out, HT bypass, beefy remote, deafeatable upsampling, etc.

Only reason I am selling this is that I am going Multi-Channel (Meridian); I really do like it and if I was sticking 2-channel it wouldn't be leaving my clutches.

I'm in Canada, so a great deal for anyone north of the 49th awaits, possibly...
