The unit is in excellent condition, rarely used to be honest (I always preferred the sound of the Sharp players). Anyway, the unit comes with remote, USB cable, power cable, 1 Hi-MD disk, and manual. I gave the headphones (and believe me, I use the term lightly) to one of the kids that was in the office during Annoy Your Colleagues day at work, so they're not available, neither is the original packaging. I'm asking $SOLD via paypal shipped.
As a bonus, I'll throw in a used-seen-better-days-but-still-works Sony MZ-E33: http://www.minidisc.org/part_Sony_MZ-E33.html with 20 used 80min blank disks.
