HEADAMPS with balance control

After a number of hearing operations I am left with entirely differen hearing in each ear. I can adjust for this partially using an equaliser, but I also need to control the volume in each channel.

Which headphone amps that you know of give you this r-l channel or balance control? I have seen this in a Vincent, but i think the sound quality is low.

The Stax amps include a balance control.

Dr. Lloyd at Mapletree can install either a balance or dual volume pots in his tube amps.

And of course old vintage receivers with good headphone outs have balance control, like my Marantz 2226.
