I just lost the extra replacement nozzles on my Shure e4c's, so I sent an email to Shure regarding this and they told me they'd immediately send out replacements. Two days later, I receive not one but TWO replacement pairs and AN ADDITIONAL fit kit, which was just included. Now that's going above and beyond in the customer service department and I just wanted to give Shure props in the head-fi community.
