M3 Initial setup

Hi, I just finished building my m3 and I'm doing the initial setup right now. I'm following amb's excellent website.
It says I should measure R9G+ and by using BIAS(G) I should set it for 80 mV. I understand that, I'm just a little unsure about my meter, because when I measure across R9G+ the highest I can get is 7.9 with my meter set to the 200m scale/setting. Will this do? If I've made som huge blunder, please be gentle This is my first real diy project (besides some cmoy's) and I'm not exactly all that great with electronics.

Thanks

Well.. , it's a really stupid/simple question so I don't want to clutter any additional threads

I got a chance to work on the amp some more today, and after 30 mins of poking around and rechecking components it tourned out that I had managed to switch biasop and bias for all 3 channels
Works great now, and I'm already enjoying it a lot.
