I see what I can do.. but I have the clear and clear version.

Mine look like wolfB.

As for good topics.

On cold days, one side my UE-10s give out on the treble. Now I am not sure if this is the unit or wax in my ear. Not sure. I don't hear anything static when goes out and just doesn't sound right.

I did a test the other day with rolling down the window, and letting the cold air in. I loose the treble in one ear unit and then I roll up the window. Maybe wait 1 minute later part that was missing would come back. I did this is few times again same results. So I am not sure what it is. I noticed it first walking to work in the cold. Then when I get to work the issue would go away. I am guessing maybe one of the three drivers is giving out. Because I can hear some treble but there is a definite loss. I will have to see what happens and maybe send them back. I did clear out my ears the other night and there wasn't any wax. The thought of selling some of my other headphones and getting a different pair of IEM headphones back to mind.

My UE-10's are just the pure, clear version.

Sorry to hear that, but maybe now is the time to try some Sensaphonics or Westones and hear for yourself (while UE's are being repaired). You can kill two birds with one stone...
Do you lose the treble only when in cold weather? It's rather strange.

Mine look like BRBJackson's without the biohazard tatoo on them. Maybe a little more glossy. My new black ipod matches perfect.

I also have a pair of clear sensaphonics but they looked slightly pink out of the ears. They look ugly just sitting there.

It would seem that a LOT of you took the safe route and went with clear (or a close derivitive)... can't say I blame you one bit. I agonized over my color decision(s), and am still not 100% sure I chose 'correctly'. That said, can't wait to take the Biohazard UE's on their first business trip, so I can freak out the person next to me on the plane

Well, one reason I went for the clear is that I am able to see the internal units, so if anything went wrong, I believe it is easier for me to spot it, and also easier to show off to my friends. For example, Hey take a look, this one got 3 drivers.

Also, I find it, it is easier to describe fit problem. For example, you can use the placements of the internal components to help describe where your fit problems, such as the canal potion just around the tip of the mid/treble driver.

Here are my beloved UE-10's.

That's the left one in my ear which just happens to not fit as tight as my right one.

Yeah - but once they see your 5G iPod I am sure they will poke you to get your attention and then ask to see your cool iPod. Then they will ask you what kind of headphones are you using. Then where your from. Then where your going. Then.......
