sealed design or open design

I'm looking into buying a pair of headphones and until doing a little reading I know nothing about them. I'm looking for something very cheap; definitely not over $30USD.

After reading at HeadRoom it seems like the Sennheiser HD 201 has excellent quality for the price. However, these headphones have a sealed off design and I have read that open headphones get a better sound quality.

I am not very interested in sealing out sound so there is no particular reason I need the closed off design of the 201s.

I have seen the KSC 75 which does not have a closed off design and it is the same price. Would the 75 offer better sound than the 201? Are there any other headphones that I should consider?

after looking a little more I noticed the KSC 55. This is a streestyle which I like more than the clip on.

Will these headphones sound the same? Are they the same except one is streetstyle and one is clip on?

the ksc 55 will sound almost exactly the same as the 75 because they have the same drivers
the only difference in sound would be because of the fit

One more question in reference to the HD201...

You said the 55 has better sound than the 201, is this all around better sound or just bass. Because I am not huge on bass and that does not matter as much to me as all around good sound.
