Definately a worthwhile upgrade. I wouldn't hesitate to get one.

night and day, and i was using some nice bookshelves, not some nice headphones, which are a lot more forgiving. now i'm using aweosme speakers and the difference is obvious.
w/ just <$100 headphones or anything at or under the klipsch ultra 5.1's, it wouldn't be worth it though. but this is just what my ears tell me, ymmv.
