Just wondering how good the iPod DAC chip is with the Red Wine iMod?
In particular, if you had the Meier Corda Aria at home, would you plug it straight into your PC to access the Aria's DAC chip or run it from the iPod to stick with the iPod DAC?
Subtext: I am very interested in the Corda Aria, but wonder whether its a waste getting an amp/DAC combo having invested in the iMod. The alternate option is a tube amp for my DT-880s.
