Yeah, it's got my "kinda crappy" vote for the fact that they're sealed in the box.

EDIT: Wait, what the? He has another pair as well? Ok, that get's the full bore "HS" vote now.

Your guess (hope?) is correct.

Didn't anyone notice how long it's been on there? 4 days already with 1 day left and not one bid. I'm sure there's a hawk or two waiting for closing bell, but I guess $250 for an opening bid seems like a lot even to people outside Head-Fi.

Pete7,
I think you may be right. However, you never know until the last few minutes of an auction. Give it some time. I think they will sell.

That's the same one from the thread that got deleted a few days ago.

He's more than welcome to sell as many HF-1's as he wants on eBay. As long as he keeps his trolling away from here.

Oh, and perhaps we should call them "Charcoal Gray Market" from now on.

That's nice how they state the HF1 was a limited run model for "a headphone message board" - conveniently failing to mention head-fi directly.

"Just imagine the smile on the face of your beloved Headphone enthusiast/audiophile when he/she opens a pair of brand new HF-1s on Christmas morning!"

Haha this person is soo lame.

Of course a measly $35 or so profit (assuming it isn't bid up) isn't diabolical by any stretch of the imagination, but the item description sure is funny!

Nah, he's got himself covered with $12 for shipping plus any Paypal fees too.

Yeah, ok - that's sleazy. BTW, what does "HS" stand for? Hella Sleazy?
considering the limited profit potential at the moment, i don't even see the point.

It's not kinda crappy, not BS, not JS, but to me, that's just HS.

I can't beleive someone would buy them just to make $50, and some extra shipping money. It's not like he has a lot of these things!
