FT: HF-1 for Shure E5c

I have just received a new HF-1 # 396 not yet fully burned in. I am using it with an I-Pod Mini. I love the sound but I it leaks more sound than I expected making hard for my wife to sleep. I am interested in a trade for an IEM ideally a Shure E5c or perhaps Westone UM-2 or Shure E4c. Please send offers to my PM.
