WTB: Modded 0404 w/ Custom Breakout Cable

Hello everyone. I'm looking to purchase a modded Emu 0404 soundcard and a custom breakout cable. I've got 113$ in my noncc paypal account right now.

I had a quick question about a breakout cable. Most likely the normal RCA ends will be fine, unless....
Is it possible to somehow put some RCA female connectors and make them input to the soundcard and then have the RCA males from the soundcard be an output to my amp?

Example:

I want to hook the red and white RCA male cables from my PlayStation 2 to SOMETHING/ANYTHING so I can listen to it through my headphones instead of my crappy tv speakers. Any suggestions?
