Hey Todd Any More HF-1s?

I was trying to email Todd in order to ask him if there were any more HF-1s available cause I wanted to order one as my headphones just got ran over by a car 2 days ago. However, I still haven't received a response and I've been reading that his email has been so backed up that he stopped checking. Does anyone have his number?

(Also, just curious, does anyone know what the HF-1 numbers are up to by now?)

I ordered earlier today and got #406.

I CAN'T WAIT! - err... now I have to buy an amp, cuz my source kinda stinks... curse you head-fi (in a good way)

Yep, my Sony Eggo D66sl somehow got out of the car we were in onto the side of the road on a place we did not stop at. We were wondering for several hours how that actually happened as nobody was using the headphones and the windows were closed. We were driving from one place to another to check if we had left it somewhere, only to see it crushed on the road. We still don't know how it happened. It was the night before my birthday.

Called Todd today, he said that about 420-450 are available, except for 420 and 450. I just claimed 449, to be paid in a couple days.

I feel for you, but still can't help laughing at how odd a disaster that was!! I wonder what is the strangest way someone has had their headphones ruined?

No, I asked for #449. #450 was claimed and #448 I think is claimed too. Probably #444, #445, #446, and #447 left.
