Manufactured June 1999. I had this unit and used it a little bit to transfer CD's to minidisc on the road. I ended up packing it in a box and discovered it recently. This has both Line out and optical out. Analog volume control. --Super thin unit and runs on AA's or the 4.5v wallwort (included).
This one is blue. Sorry for the bad pics
