Where to buy - PPX3-SLAM ?

Where can one buy these amplifiers?
Is this one a special modification I'd have to buy a regular amp and then send it away for?

Sorry, I am clueless on this one here, but am curious to look into this amp, as I have heard that it's a very good amp for use with Audio Technica's L3000s.

SinglePowerAudio.com. Go there and view the basic amps and find Mikhail's phone number. He is a real sweetheart to deal with. Tell him what you have heard about or what you are looking for. Let him know you are not sure of what you are doing. Don't worry, he will not take advantage of you. Mikhail will step you through the process and do all the work (one stop shopping). Rather than get a lower model "Maxed out with upgrades and options", spend what you would have on the "maxed model" but put it on the next model up in a more basic form. After you have had the amp for awhile, and saved up more money, you can send it back to him for even more modification and upgrades. But actually either way is fine. Also try EddieCurrent.com and talk to Craig. He is also a very nice gentleman. See what he can whip you up. Use the same process but make sure Craig knows you want to do this now and not six months from now. See if he can make you a Dual Mono-2, from scratch. You will be delighted with it's sound. Price, depending on how you want it or how he does it, could be between $850 to $1000 and no upgrades will be nessessary.

You buy the amp from Singlepower Audio. The SLAM is a version of the ppx3 or mpx3 model that uses the powerful 5687 output tube. You buy the SLAM as a SLAM. There is no need to upgrade. The amp isnt up on the Singlepower website but its definitely available.
