How's about a quick rundown on these two amps?
I'm looking for a small, lo'er-fi amp for my ER4-S.
What really caught my eye about these two was (obviously) the twin function as a usb soundcard.
I'll use it from either a laptop or the iPod line out.

Also, alternative amps would be appreciated and, since I'm new to the amp thing, could someone make clear where these amps stand in comparison to other amps without USB connectivity?

So, any thoughts?

I really don't think the Porta Corda MkIII USB has been around long enough for many people to have listened to both it and the Bitheads. I've yet to see a comparison, and you're definitely not the first person to ask.

Perhaps we ought to keep this thread open for the eventual comparisons that will have to be done.
