yep I got the stock version,

which barely hit my lot budget for a headphone amp.
I couldnt imagine spending more then that for a headphone amplifier.

i think that the Slam is well into the realm of severely diminishing returns if you get anything more expensive, so you very well may have gotten your "final" amp. this is still headfi, though, so....
