The player is in good condition, it seems as if a very small piece of the acrylic has broken off under the Sony logo, but you can't see it unless you look at it closely or under the right lighting conditions. Other than that its like new. Comes with a carrying case from Sony, not the stock, but the one with a belt clip. Also comes with the SonicStage CD, Dock, and AC Adapter. I do not have the original box.
