Hi, I'm trying to decide on a DAP here, I want to amp it's lineout and want the best quality. I've searched this forum and haven't come across a clear comparison between these two. I know there is the issue that the Iriver line out's volume changes with the volume control, but I read that if you have it on max volume, it is virtually a true lineout. Anyway, I'm not worried about that, all I'm wondering is, has anyone heard both the iPod lineout amped, and the Iriver lineout at max volume amped, and how do they compare? Any help would be much appreciated.
EDIT: Even if you've only heard one of these players, not both, I'd still be very interested to hear your opinion on how it sounded amped.
