Because there is no difference between the two as far as I can hear and there is no rubber flap covering the headphone port that I have to pull back.

Some people reported a change in bass, didnt investigate it myself.

I chopped the flap off on mine, same with one covering the place for charging, that one was even more awkward. Nice wps screen too

I really liked the 2nd gen iPOd touchwheel and buttons. The clickwheel looks cheesy compared to it.
